Happy Halloween Everyone !

Hope you are all having a wonderful Halloween. My little pig went trick or treating in our building with Tom while I passed out candy at our house. There were some great costumes and such a fun way to meet our neighbors :)

Early Halloween!

We went to a Halloween party at the Katz's house tonight. All the kids dressed up, it was fun!!! Tom is out of town in Dallas visiting his friends. So far Girls weekend is going well!!!

Weekend with Grandparents!

My parents were here this weekend. They left this morning, it is always hard to see them go, but Christmas is not too far away. Colette enjoyed the weekend. We went to the Museum of Science and Industry, Franken Plaza and shopped the magnificent mile :) We had another new family member born this weekend. Anderson Mark Poirsch was born on Friday (my cousin Jen's first baby)!! Can't wait to see pictures, he and Miss Gracie are exactly two weeks apart. It is my Sister's Birthday today!!!! Happy Birthday Sara :) Love to all!

Where did the summer go?

I can't believe it is October. I just dug all the flowers out of our flower box yesterday. I found this picture from earlier in the summer, it is the flowers from our balcony!

Apple orchard

Last weekend we went to the apple orchard with David, Amy and Liam Katz. We got to ride a big tractor, play in the petting zoo and have some delicious pumpkin donuts!!!! Colette is getting ready for Halloween. She is going to be a PIG!

I did it!!!!

I finished my first marathon today!!! I am feeling good. It was fun, until about mile 23, then it was HOT!!! Colette, Tom (who also helped me run for seven miles), Sean and Hollis cheered me on :) Thanks for all the great support!!

Baby Grace!

My sister sent me some more pictures of Baby Grace. This one reminds me a little of Colette (the top one is Grace, the other is Colette). What do you think? FOUR days until the marathon!!! Tom got me a marathon gift...a new iphone!!! Yay, I think it is time to retire the Pink Razr, it has been almost three years. It is dying right now anyway, apparently it is going right to voicemail when someone calls. Just leave me a message and I will call back. I am still getting most voicemails :) Texts are another story though!

I am an Auntie again :)

My sister and her husband had their baby this morning. This is the only picture I have so far, clearly she is beautiful! Her name is Grace Rose Schmidt. I can't wait to meet her!
